A senolytic agent that induces apoptosis in senescent cells by disrupting the FOXO4-p53 interaction. The D-Retro-Inverso design enhances its stability against proteolytic degradation.
The originating FOXO4-DRI publication examined disruption of a FOXO4–p53 interaction in cultured cells and mouse models. It provides a preclinical research model and a defined structural hypothesis, not evidence for performance of the catalogue batch [1,2].
