8. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds except in the following cases:

  • The package received is incorrect (wrong items sent)
  • The products arrived damaged

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you experience any of the above issues. Please include photos of the damaged/incorrect items along with your order number.

If there is a delivery problem (e.g., lost package, undelivered order), we may offer to resend the order at no additional cost after verification.

For all refund or reshipment requests, please contact us at: info@crystalpeptides.eu

9. Shipping & Tracking Policy

Tracking timeline. Tracking updates may take 2–3 days to appear after shipment. If no information is visible yet, please wait — this is normal and your parcel is on its way. If you did not receive a tracking number, contact us right away so we can help.

Where to track. Start with a universal tracking site such as parcelsapp.com. Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, please check detailed updates only on the final courier/postal service website (your national post, DPD, UPS, DHL, Hermes, Nova Post, etc.). Information about pickup points will also appear only on the courier's own site.

Monitor tracking regularly. Please monitor your tracking and act quickly if your parcel waits at a pickup point or has any problem. If the parcel returns due to inaction, you will need to pay for reshipping.

No address changes after shipment. If you request redirection or ask the courier to change the delivery address, this is done at your own responsibility. If the parcel is lost or not delivered after redirection, we cannot offer reshipment or compensation.

Record a video when opening your parcel. Only a full unboxing video is valid proof if something is missing or damaged.
