KISS1-derived peptides — including the decapeptide Kisspeptin-10 — have been studied as ligands of the KISS1R/GPR54 receptor in receptor, cellular and physiological research [1,3,4]. Their shared C-terminal RFamide motif does not make Kisspeptin-54, -14, -13 and -10 analytically interchangeable.
